We ask for a detailed job description from the client determining the duties and responsibilities of the role. We do not bombard you with CV's. Instead, we suggest seeing at least three candidates whom we feel are the perfect fit for you. We offer a 2 month replacement guarantee and remain on hand to assist with any questions that may occur from either party.

Fees:

Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, My Recruitment works on an Introductory Finder’s Fee, which is negotiated per job.
