Justina’s Story

With over 23 years of experience, Justina Parry is one of the entertainment industry’s leading, and most valued, Executive Assistants. On hand to provide a world-class service that is tailored to her client’s needs, and with a multidimensional CV spanning corporate, lifestyle and personal PA roles, Justina’s unrivalled skill has seen her unify the diaries and wishes of some of the countries’ biggest names.

Currently in a full-time Executive Assistant role at Warner Music UK to Atlantic Records’ Co-President’s Briony Turner and Ed Howard (the label home to Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora, Jess Glynne), as well right-hand woman to renowned personal trainer and 3 x bestselling author, Alice Liveing, Justina is someone who prides herself on pristine time management, attention to detail and putting others first, all the while navigating pressured environments.

Straight out of university, Justina worked her way up through the events sector, which organically led her into the music industry in the form of an artist manager to Emilia Mitiku – a sector in which she has a deep understanding and passion for. Later acquiring the title of Label Manager at the Gary Barlow/Simon Moran record label ‘Future Records’, she went onto serve key tenures across all UK major labels: Sony, Universal and EMI. Outside of her corporate entities, Justina has also held personal roles, in a PA capacity, to an array of household names including Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Zoe Ball and the families of Thierry Henry and Steffan Iversen.
