After graduating from Exeter University with a BA Honours in French and Italian, Kelly entered the entertainment industry beginning her career as a PA for the Executive Editor, BBC Events.
From there she was approached by 19 Entertainment Ltd. to take on the role of personal road manager, working across 19's entire stable of artists such as Gareth Gates, Emma Bunton, Will Young, Rachel Stevens amongst others. In this capacity, she was fully responsible for the artist for UK and Worldwide promotion and touring. As a front man for 19, she was a trouble-shooter in the field where discretion, effective, accurate direction and diplomacy were key to the image and reputation of the company and artist alike.
Having spent three years on the road, 19's founder and music mogul, Simon Fuller moved Kelly over to his personal office to assume the role of his business and private PA. Alongside Simon, with the explosion of the Pop Idol brand into America and throughout the world, Kelly further developed her experience of the media industry and in equal measure oversaw the management of Simon's private life, managing various properties, domestic staff and personal needs.
She then left 19 to re-enter the world of television as private household and business PA to broadcaster, Eamonn Holmes. This was an opportunity to utilise the wealth of industry experience she had built up, and as Eamonn's right hand woman, Kelly dealt with all aspects of his career and personal life; liaising with agents, publicists and press, co-ordinating corporate and charity appearances, overseeing newspaper and magazine column commitments and giving full administrative and personal support to the household all family members as a whole.
Kelly's career to date has been built on a reputation of unwavering loyalty, unflappable efficiency, a kind sensitivity and can-do attitude.
